  4. The goods supplied must meet the following specifications:

  11. the specifications set forth above. Should the goods fail to 
  12. conform to the specifications stated above, @001 shall notify 
  13. @932, who shall have @557 days to cure. Should @932 fail to cure, 
  14. the contract shall be deemed to have been breached by @932.
